We strive to ensure all our customers have access to our treatments. Same-day cancellations deprive other customers of a booking time.
Please understand that if you cancel your booking on the same day as the treatment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. In the event of cancelling or rescheduling on the same day, we will send you an invoice via email.
